Scope of Service:
Mailing Framework Contract for all noise notifications to run for. 2 years. The ITT will include details of the following;
Supplier needs to provide costing for
| • | 1st class mail. |
| • | 2nd class mail. |
| • | (franked if cheaper) |
| • | Colour printed option price. |
| • | Black and white printed option price. |
| • | All on A4 paper (40GSM) recycled. |
| • | To include a mail merge service. |
| • | A5 double sided post card. |
| • | Be able to offer Application Programming Interface. |
| • | Lead time (48 hours or less) |
