Leeds: White Rose Academies Trust - Clerking, Governance and Advisory Services

White Rose Academies Trust is a multi-academy trust sponsored by Leeds City College. It currently consists of three secondary academies. The Trust wishes to procure a comprehensive clerking, governance and advisory service from 1 September 2018. The proposed contract will last for 2 years, subject to annual review, with the option to extend for a further 12 month period subject to the agreement of both parties. The successful provider will be required to liaise closely with Board and Committee Chairs, the Executive Principal and other senior staff within the Trust.
