Portsmouth City Council ('the Council') is seeking to award concession opportunities at various sites across the city.

The site details for the MOBILE CONCESSION UNITS are as follows:

1. Year Sites:

31st March 2025 - 28th March 2026

• a.Seafront Promenade - Bandstand (no ice cream offers can be accepted)
• b.Seafront Promenade - Rock Gardens
• c.Victoria Park

6. Month Sites:

31st March 2025 - 28th Sep 2026

• d.Seafront Promenade - Speakers Corner
• e.Great Salterns Quay

The site details for the KIOSK UNITS are as follows:

Please note that as Kiosks are classified as buildings traders will be subject to Business Rates.

• f.Seafront Promenade - Seaview Kiosk (between Speakers Corner & South Parade Pier)
• g.Fox Box - Kingston Recreation Ground

Request for Quotation published Friday 24th January 2025

Deadline for requests for clarification Friday 7th February at 12:00

Quotation return deadline Friday 14th February at 12:00

Evaluation of returns completed by Wednesday 19th February 2025

Contracts awarded from Friday 21st February 2025
