Portsmouth City Council is inviting suitably qualified and experienced provider organisations, to register on a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of services to support Personal Health Budget (PHB) third party budget management.
The DPS will commence on 1st March 2017 and will operate for a four year period. During that time suppliers can choose to discontinue being involved and new ones can be included, at any time.
This is a preferred provider list and does not commit the Council to any expenditure. The services will be purchased on a spot purchase basis by the Service User according to their needs.
Closing date for submission of returns allowing prompt access to the initial DPS will be midday on Friday 10th February 2017.
Submissions will be via the completion of Registration documents which can be obtained, along with all relevant documents and instructions, via our online tendering website In-Tend: http:// https://in-tendhost.co.uk/portsmouthcc/aspx/home
The registration process for this service will follow an open model, and organisations should note that they fall under the Light Touch Regime as described by the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
No media advert will be placed and this is the electronic notification that will be published via In-Tend.

Funding Description
This is a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS)and therefore there is no guarantee of spend. Purchases will be made on a spot basis by individual Service Users in accordance with their needs.
