SCDC is seeking to appoint a specialist contractor for one year to provide urban design services on specific projects that can be called upon when required, to support Planning and New Communities.
The projects identified include:

| - | Design Coding for Cambourne West & Reserved Matters application |
| - | Masterplanning Northstowe Phase 3: Outline application |
| - | Masterplanning Mixed use Campus |
The appointed contractor would be expected to provide a lead on placemaking in consultation and direction of the SCDC Contract Manager.
