GMCA 1240 GM One Network - Consultancy Services for Programme Delivery

GM One Network is a single active network infrastructure across a large proportion of public sector organisations, enabling network services across Greater Manchester to be provided more efficiently, securely, and flexibly.

The following activities will be supported during the term

• 1.GM One Network Activities
• Snagging left over from the Programme
• Early life service tuning
• Monthly Service Reviews including supplier and contract management (Cisco, VM02, Engage ESM, Telent)
• Manage any partner related queries, changes
• Monthly Collaboration Board Reviews
• Monthly finance review
• Continued review and evolution of GM One Network Product e.g. SecureEdge, Non LFFN Connectivity. TfGM Stockport Interchange
• Continued development of future opportunities in addition to health there are a number of Partner related additional projects starting to appear such as Bury Public Wi-Fi, Highways junction changes
• Develop broader GM awareness and opportunities with GM Public Sector and preparing for new Partner onboarding
• Exploring options for post the initial term, as by next year we will need to start shaping this up. Possibly some form of discovery to gauge capabilities across the partners and some form of option paper

• 2.Other GM One Network Related Project Work
• Complete Non LFFN contracting, mobilise programme and manage programme
• Follow on work from the Secure Edge Discovery

• 3.Other Non-GM One Network Related Work
• Support the 5GIR Programme
• Manage the GM One Network related 5GIR implementation
• Support the Policy Leads with other Infrastructure related programmes
