This is an award notice for Social and specific services in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU Article 74 being Public Health Services.
The Council’s objective is that the service to be provided to individuals who have learning disabilities who will be returning from out of county placements. The vision for the majority of individuals is for reablement with a view to improving independence and the ability to manage in a less intensively supported tenancy in the longer term.
The Council have full nomination rights to the service. This contract is for an initial 5 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years.
