The Programme is to provide an employment support service for Care Leavers who are unemployed.
The Programme will be delivered across the following 6 boroughs in WLA - Brent, Ealing, Harrow, Hounslow, Hammersmith & Fulham and Hillingdon. It is anticipated that the programme will run for 12 months.
