GB-Camberley: Catering services

Catering services. Frimley Lodge Live (FLL) returns for its second year and expands to a two day festival (no camping). The festival is organised by Camberley Theatre (CT) and Surrey Heath Borough Council (SHBC) and aims to be a family friendly festival which is reflected in the line-up and concessions/vendors in the festival site. The event is expected to be attended by over 4,000 people across the weekend. The organisers are offering the opportunity for established outdoor catering companies (hereafter known as the Tenderer) to apply for catering concessions (hereafter known as the Concessions) at FLL. Terms and conditions are listed below and must be noted that the concession does not include the provision of a licensed bar.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.
