NEW BOILER REPLACEMENT WORKS, GASCOIGNE PRIMARY SCHOOL

The London Borough of Barking and Dagenham are now inviting expressions of interest for contractors to be shortlisted to a final list of six contractors to tender for the above project.

The Works

The project entails the isolation and removal off existing boiler plant. Then the installation of new boilers and associated m/e plant and builders work as per tender documentation Provision off as follows;

•Removal of existing 3 x boiler’s/Calorifier’s

•Installation of new boilers, pumps, flues, pressurisation unit and BMS controls. To include all associated equipment.

•Mechanical and electrical works

•Associated builders work
