Vulnerable Groups and Employability Needs Assessment

Worcestershire County Council (WCC) is seeking tenders from suitably experienced consultants to complete a Needs Assessment for employment support for vulnerable groups in the County of Worcestershire.

• Worcestershire County refers to the administrative areas of Redditch Borough, Bromsgrove District, Wyre Forest District, Worcester City, Malvern Hills District and Wychavon District and data will be presented at District level where possible
• The project will be steered and supported by a small group from WCC
• The scope of the Needs Assessment is for all working age adults but, wherever possible, will include specific data analysis for 18-24-year olds so as to be able to identify differences between this age group and all age working adults
• Vulnerable groups refer specifically to the following:
• oPeople living with or recovering from poor mental health
• oPeople living with or recovering from problematic drug or alcohol use
• oPeople with a learning disability
• oPeople with Autism Spectrum Conditions
