description

Arts Council England (ACE) is seeking a research consultant / consultants to undertake mixed-methods research into the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic across the cultural workforce. In particular, we are interested in the impact on employment, working patterns and access to jobs across the cultural sector as a whole, including those employed, working freelance or just beginning their career, as well as considering how impact has been felt more specifically within the arts, museums and libraries. We would also like to consider the impacts through demographic and geographic lenses.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
