The Council require one contractor to carry out roofing works to Albany Arcade, Halifax Borough Market. Please see attached schedule of works (along with drawings and other associated information). Contractors are reminded that each item in the schedule of works MUST be priced (and the word 'included' not be used). Site visits are a condition to tender and dates will be advertised via the messaging portal.
