The Police & Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire (The Authority) has a requirement to purchase external print services on behalf of Warwickshire Police.
Our current outsourced print contract is due to end and therefore we require a new contract for the services of an external printer to deliver all our print requirements. This incorporates the need for a wide range of print services, sometimes at very short notice for operational requirements and using varied print medium.
The Supplier shall provide a fully managed end to end service which delivers all elements of the Force's print and associated requirements. The Service will be required 5 days a week, 52 weeks of the year excluding bank holidays The core print management service shall include, but will not be limited to:

| • | Bulk printing services, |
| • | Finishing services, |
| • | Print production in a variety of formats (including accessible print), |
| • | Printed materials ranging from posters to banners and large scale marketing products, |
| • | Carbonated and various Force forms. |
