For the Supply, Implementation and Maintenance of a Hosted, Integrated Building Control, Land Charges & Planning Solution

North Lincolnshire Council is conducting a further competition and is inviting Suppliers from the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Framework Arrangement RM1059; Local Authority Software Applications, Lot 3 Environmental Planning Building Control Trading Standards and Licensing systems to bid for the provision of a Contract for the Supply, Implementation and Maintenance of an Integrated Building Control, Land Charges & Planning Solution. As part of a transformational phase to create improved efficiencies in line with the current economic climate, the Council aims to implement an integrated Building Control, Land Charges & Planning Solution that will support flexible and mobile working via a web based solution. The duration of the Framework Arrangement will be 60 months and is expected to commence on Wednesday 13 May 2015 with an option to extend subject to satisfactory performance for 12 months plus a further 12 months.
