2016 - 452 Pioneer House Car Park

The project is comprised of external ground works to Pioneer House Car park, Adelaide street, Coventry, CV1 5GX.

The works include; Tree Removal, excavation, tarmacadam works, fencing, line marking and barrier installation.

The bids will be evaluated on a 75% price/25% quality ratio.

Applicants are advised to ensure that they do not base their submission on discussions with any other member of WM Housing Group Staff.
