London Borough of Havering - Active Homecare Framework

Active Homecare Framework (AHF) is the name for a new type framework (this process is known under EU Procurement law as a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS)) which is a variation to the standard framework agreement. The AHF concerns the provision of homecare only. It allows for a number of Providers to be appointed to deliver services of a similar nature (homecare) by successfully completing an evaluation process. It is active in that Providers are able to join the framework at any time by successfully completing the evaluation process. It is also active in that the AHF can be modified over time, providing expected or likely modifications have been made clear to all.

Additional information: Please note that as a Dynamic Purchasing System is being used for this procurement the London Borough of Havering will be open to applications for inclusion upon the Active Homecare Framework throughout the duration of the Framework, beyond the initial closing date of 29th January 2017 shown above. The initial round of successful applications (ie those received by 2nd December 2016) will be considered for new packages of work arising after the contract commencement date of 30th January 2017. Applications received after 2nd December 2016 will continue to be evaluated for later inclusion upon the list of providers on the Framework.
