Concierge Service at George Nickling House for Richmondshire District Council

Richmondshire District is one of the largest districts in England. It has a population of 51,400 (according to the most recent information available on the Richmondshire District Council website) and covers 509 square miles. Richmondshire is one of the most sparsely populated districts with its boundaries stretching from the Rivers Tees to Cumbria. Richmondshire District Council (The Council) is seeking to commission a Concierge Service for its homeless hostel, George Nickling House (GNH), which is owned and managed by the Local Authority. The contract will be for 12 months, with an optional 3 x 12 months extension at the Councils discretion. The site, situated in Colburn, provides temporary accommodation for homeless families/single people who are waiting to be permanently rehoused.
