The University of Kent is seeking to appoint a building contractor to undertake alterations and improvements to Willow Court, consisting of 20 no. residential houses located in Park Wood. These works include, but not limited to:
| • | Removal and disposal of unwanted items such as kitchens, flooring lighting, shower rooms etc. |
| • | Installation of new flooring throughout |
| • | Decoration throughout |
| • | Replacement of Front doors |
| • | Plastering throughout |
| • | Installation of new kitchens |
| • | Mechanical Works |
| • | Electrical works to include power, data, lighting and Wifi |
| • | Installation of new shower room |
