The provider will provide onsite professionally qualified counsellors to The Force who will:
| • | Provide a service to an agreed standard to meet your requirements |
| • | Conform to the code of ethics and practice of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. |
Employees will be offered one to one counselling that is established on three guiding principles:
| 1. | Professionalism |
| 2. | Independence |
| 3. | Confidentiality |
The provider will provide on-site one to one employee counselling sessions in response to the demand from The Force.
