The nature of the works is to replace the existing two pairs of steam to LTHW calorifiers and the single pair of steam to domestic hot water (DHW) plate heat exchangers (PEH) housed within Plantroom D of the main hospital building with new PHE units, replicating the existing set-up, including all BMS controls and commissioning.\ \
