The Borough Council of Sandwell (the Council) invited interested parties (“Tenderers”) to participate in a Tender exercise to establish a Contract for the provision of a Software Asset Management Solution to capture the installed software and related hardware assets on its estate. The current hardware estate was an estimated 4500 devices. The Council has consider a hosted solution.
