Sunderland City Council has a requirement for a Contractor to undertake a works contract for play area improvements at four parks in the City of Sunderland as follows
| • | Hylton Road Playing Fields; |
| • | Barnes Park; |
| • | East Herrington Play Area; and |
| • | Silksworth Recreation Park. |
The works comprise of
