Asset Management Services

HS2 Ltd is currently in the process of developing its asset management maturity and capability to enable Railway, Stations and Depot assets to be operated in a manner which optimises performance, cost and risk over the lifetime of the railway.

To help HS2 Ltd to develop its asset management maturity and capability, HS2 Ltd wish to procure the support of a Supplier to:

1. Review and critique HS2 Ltd’s current Asset Information Management System; and

2. Create the first addition of a Strategic Asset Management Plan document that provides a plan to deliver Asset Management Excellence and HS2’s vision.

Following the completion of this work it is anticipated that HS2 Ltd will be in a more informed position to define the present and future Asset Management System required for the organisation to delivers its Asset Management Objectives by 2026.

Further details on the scope and timescales for the work are provided in the Statement of Requirements attached to this notice.

Suppliers that wish to quote for this work must register their interest via email to sonya.byrd@hs2.org.uk by no later than 12:00 hours on 22 November 2016. Registered suppliers will be supplied with the Request for Quotation documentation thereafter. Please note that the deadline for returning completed Quotations is 12:00 hours on 29 November 2016; full instructions on how to complete and return Quotations will be provided in the Request for Quotation documentation.
