Dounreay - Assurance of Lifetime Plan

he NDA require highly credible and specialist support to perform assurance activities on the Lifetime Plan/Near Term Work Plan currently being compiled by DSRL. Current knowledge of the DSRL scope is highly desirable.

LTP Assurance - NDA are looking for project controls, cost estimators, QS, risk managers, planner and decommissioning contractors (~3 FTE) to assist in providing assurance and interrogation to support the NDA's Integrated Assurance process to help satisfy and inform the integrity of the DSRL baseline and its attendant change controls. The contractor should have the ability to mobilise quickly, be flexible and adaptable in the amount of advance notice required to increase or decrease staffing levels as required. All roles will not be required full time therefore flexibility and availability to the roles specified above will be key a consideration.

NDA require this work to commence immediately on award of contract.

The successful bidders resource will be required to undertake discreet tasks in NDA or its site Licence Company Offices, in accordance with but are not limited to the bulleted list below. For each Task the NDA BFT will agree with the contractor lead, the appropriate skills and resources required, approach and timeline for completion. The outputs will be NDA reports developed in an integrated manner between NDA and the contractor.
