Provision of a digital resourcing tool

UKGI require a Resource Planning tool to streamline and professionalise it's resourcing and project management. This planning tool shall minimise inefficiencies and enable the management of demand and and forecasting. The tool will be designed to interact and provide information for three key functions, Resourcing, PMO and Finance.

The tool will enable more dynamic decision making and a more efficient approach. The PMO and Resourcing Manager have identified a suitable resourcing and portfolio management tool after conducting due diligence on a number of options based on the below requirements.
