Offers are welcome, subject to the terms of this Invitation to Tender (ITT) document and the Form of Offer, Lot: 2 Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (C&P STP) for the provision and delivery of a Leadership and Development Programme in accordance with the NHS Terms and Conditions for Provision of Services (contract version) as detailed in this ITT document.

This procurement process is being conducted via the Light Touch Regime provision of service contracts in accordance with Regulation 77 - Reserved contracts for certain services of the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
