Landscape and Gardening Maintenance Services

The Sheffield Children's NHS Foundation Trust requires Landscape and Gardening maintenance at various sites for Sheffield Childrens NHS Foundation Trust. Services Shall include:

• oLitter and leaf collection (inc sweeping up as necessary)
• oWeed control of paths, car parks, exits, and plant borders
• oGrass cutting
• oTrimming and pruning of all hedges, bushes, trees, and shrubbery
• oSnow clearance on an ad hoc basis.

Maintenance refers to the activities required to ensure all assets as identified in the endorsed landscape plan are retained in a safe and functional state for the purpose for which they were designed and to prolong their amenity and functional life.

The Trust recognises that various space areas will require different management and maintenance regimes and as such will be subject to site specific maintenance schedules in order to achieve a good level of upkeep during the landscape maintenance period.
