Brief description:

This post supports pre-proceedings PLO, discharge of care applications and private law. The ideal candidate should be a Member or Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives (or equivalent) or a newly qualified Solicitor or Barrister (or equivalent). Alternatively, in the absence of being able to meet this criteria, 3 years' experience of practical legal work (to include 2 years' experience of practical legal work in childcare).
