NHS Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit on behalf of NHS Chorley & South Ribble Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is seeking to commission an intensive package of care for a patient who is male, aged 25 and who has a mild to moderate learning disability, autism and Tourette’s syndrome. He is currently experiencing episodes of psychosis. Patient A is currently resident at a Medium Secure Hospital in Norfolk, United Kingdom. The successful provider will supply a bespoke individual service within a hospital setting.
