Cafcass is seeking to engage the services of a suitable Health and Wellbeing Plan Provider to support its award-winning approach to staff health and wellbeing. The plan will need to meet the following requirements:
| • | Access to a range of health and wellbeing treatments which can be claimed for by members of staff up to a maximum benefit limit; |
| • | Members to have access to an app for ease of claiming benefits; |
| • | National coverage of all the above, to ensure every member of staff from each of Cafcass's offices across England can benefit from the plan; |
| • | As a minimum the Tenderer will provide quarterly reports showing KPI data and service use by area; |
| • | Access to an online administration portal to view real time data of members and make changes to staff memberships. |
