description
The works will mainly include repair or renewal of chimneys, roof coverings, eaves boarding, rainwater goods, windows, doors and canopies. Brickwork, repointing and re-tendering works. Redecoration, tiling floor covering. Concrete component repairs and replacement. Overhauling of external elements including (but not limited to) footpaths, gates, fencing. External redecoration and internal redecoration of communal areas. Asbestos removal. Repair or replacement of cladding. Repair or replacement of balcony surface/soffit finish and screen/railings. Repair and renewal of ramps, gullies, ditches, drainage, manholes. All associated access equipment needed to complete the above works.
