The Future Cities Catapult is using service design methodology to help us fine-tune our offer to SMEs (Small to Medium Enterprises) and maximise the impact of our engagements with them. The aim of the project is to help us better understand and articulate the needs of SMEs (our ‘customers’) in the context of our strategy, KPIs and capabilities/offer (our ‘services’).
Our multidisciplinary team will bring together service design, user-research and business analysis. There is an overall shape/plan for the project, but there is scope to shape and refine activities and outputs together.
We need a Service Designer to join our project team to LEAD and to SUPPORT some of our key activities.
