SADC Major Void Refurbishment at 59 Telford Court, AL1 3BP

St Albans City and District Council is looking to commission a suitably qualified and experienced organisation for a major refurbishment of residential property 59 Telford Court, Alma Road, St Albans.

The property requires:

• New kitchen units and worktops
• Removal of existing Stramit board to the external walls and internal partitions.
• Energy conservation improvements to the walls in each habitable room.
• New laminate flooring to each room.
• Fire safety improvements.

The deadline for submission is 12:00 noon on 7th December 2018.

Note - tender returns must be uploaded on Supply Hertfordshire/In-Tend accordance with the Instructions for Tender.

It is proposed to commence works on 2nd January 2019 or date as otherwise agreed with contractor. Tenderers shall note that there will be a shutdown for the festive break between 22nd December 2018 until 2nd January 2019. The contract shall be completed by 27th February 2019
