The Future Cities Catapult is using service design methodology to help us refine our offer to SMEs (Small to Medium Enterprises) and maximise the impact of our engagements with them. This will help us better understand and articulate the needs of SMEs (our ‘customers’) in the context of our strategy, KPIs and capabilities/offer (our ‘services’).
Our multidisciplinary team will bring together service design, user-research and business analysis. We need a Market/Business Analyst/Desk researcher to join our project team to lead and to support some of our key activities.
