PHE - Corporate - Chilton - Refurbishment of G3 and B1 Chilton

Public Health England (PHE), also referred to as the 'Authority', is looking to appoint a contractor to undertake the works as stated below at CRCE Chilton, Didcot, Oxon, OX11 0RQ.

Alteration to Room B1.13, B1.17, B1.20 and Refurbishment of G Block, (Ground & 3rd Floors)

At PHE Chilton, Oxon, OX11 0RQ

Internal alterations and refurbishment works to 3 areas within an occupied building.

Works include, but not limited to; removal of existing partitions, new metal stud and glazed partitioning, new doorsets and new wall, floor and ceiling finishes. Plus alterations to existing mechanical and electrical services, including but not limited to; small power & data, lighting, access control, fire alarm & heating systems.

Site Visit will be: Wednesday 10 am 19th December 2018.

Clarifications questions to be submitted by 11am on 21st December 2018.

Tender submissions must be delivered via Bravo by 11am on the Monday 7th January 2019.

Contract mobilisation is anticipated for Monday 28 January. Duration assumed 8 weeks, project completion Friday 5 April 2019.

SITE VISITS

Site visits are a mandatory part of the tender process and tenders submitted without site visits being conducted will not be considered.
