North West Specialised Human Immunodeficiency Virus Services (Adults) in Lancashire and South Cumbria

NHS England have direct commissioning responsibility for the provision of Human Immunodeficiency Virus inpatient and outpatient services, including the provision of anti retroviral drugs across England. This service is to be provided in accordance with the NHS England national specification, which can be accessed at https://www.england.nhs.uk/commissioning/spec-services/npc-crg/blood-andinfection-group-f/f03/ and identifies the requirements to deliver specialist assessment and on-going management of patients diagnosed with HIV infection and associated conditions. This will include inpatient services, the provision of drugs, across the geography of Lancashire and South Cumbria.

This procurement will be conducted via NECS e-tendering system (PROACTIS), there will be no hard copy documents issued to bidders and all communications between bidders and Commissioners will be conducted via the portal.
