Bidders should note that Spectrum Housing Group and Sovereign Housing Association are exploring the merits of a potential merger. Bidders should note that if the merger goes ahead the Contracting Authority will change to Sovereign Housing Association. This merger process will take place using the amalgamation process set out in Section 109 of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014.
