The Council invites bidders to respond to this ITT for the provision of a Winter Night Shelter for People Rough Sleeping, for the period between 2nd November 2018 and 20th March 2019. The ITT sets out the Council's requirements and the selection criteria to be used in the Council's evaluation of bids and provides information regarding how the procurement process will be managed.
The contract falls below the OJEU threshold for services covered by the Light Touch Regime of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and has been advertised on Contracts Finder.
The Council requires a Provider to implement, manage and deliver a Winter Night Shelter Service for people who are rough sleeping. The service will be delivered at The Brighton Centre, a building owned and operated by the Council. The Provider will be required to accept referrals ensure sufficient staffing to provide support and a safe service to 30 clients with a variety of needs within a shared accommodation service. The venue will be available from 16:00 for staff and open to clients from 17:00 until 07:00.
The maximum contract value from 2nd November 2018 to the 20th March 2019 is 100,000 GBP. Tenders exceeding this budget will be rejected.
