General Scope
The contract will include, but not limited to, the following:
| • | Reactive and Repair service for communal laundry equipment. |
| • | A 24/7, 365/6 days a year, emergency call out service. |
| • | 24 hour emergency call out response service. |
| • | To carry out an annual preventative maintenance service and Cp12 inspections, where applicable. |
| • | The installation of laundry equipment, where and when required. |
| • | The cleaning of Ducts every 12 months. |
There is no minimum or maximum value of works associated with this contract.
The Service
WDH requires an emergency call out service within 24 hours of notification.
