Fleet and Workshop Management System

North Lincolnshire Council (The Authority) Fleet Services Group is seeking to appoint a Provider to supply, implement and provide ongoing maintenance and support for a replacement fleet workshop, fuel and driver management software solution to enhance its current operational capabilities The Provider will be appointed for a five year contract with the possibility of a further 2 years in extensions subject to satisfactory performance. The Authority's requires a system compliant with Public Services Network (PSN) Code of Connection requirements with innovation capabilities. Due to budget constraints and a diminishing workforce the Authority is seeking a solution that automates as many processes as possible and minimises manual intervention. The Authority has set out a Cloud hosted first policy when sourcing suitable software solutions, this will exclude on premise solutions as we have a commitment to assessing the benefits of Software as a Service (SaaS) cloud.

The Authority requires data centres to be Government Assured by the Centre for the Protection of National Infrastructure (CPNI) and National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) to OFFICIAL.
