Expressions of Interest are being sought for the provision of Automated Telephony Switchboard Solution for an initial contract period of 2 years (subject to change).

Aylesbury Vale District Council are seeking to enhance what they currently offer their customers through an automated switchboard. Our current switchboard already operates as straightforward call routing facility through automated voice recognition interaction. We are seeking to continue to automate on this call routing functionality and improve customer experience with a modern solution that utilises voice recognition, interactive voice responses and Artificial Intelligence. This should provide customers with a "state of the art" automated experience.

The new switchboard shall provide automated answers to common queries from customers with a variety of self-serving options (information provision, place orders, pay bills, set-up direct debits, etc.).
