Proposed conversion of an existing office to form 8 new flats in Weston-Super-Mare. The work will involve adapting the interior of the offices, constructing partitions, fitting out the new flats, providing services and security works. Some external works are to be carried out to provide an amenity garden and bin storage facilities.
It is expected the works will commence towards the end of 2015 and be completed in 4 months.
