Project ROSE focuses on the provision of infrastructure solutions to support the delivery of State Ceremonial & Public Duties within London by the Household Division. It is set within the context of the Better Defence Estate Strategy, which aims to support military capability by investing within a rationalised estate footprint and exploring revenue generation initiatives. DIO has completed an Enquiry by Design activity and developed a number of options and now wishes to engage with the widest possible Industry network to keep communication open. DIO aims to provide an update, an opportunity to test/challenge assumptions/constraints/potential solutions and a forum for Industry to suggest innovative alternatives.
