Get Doncaster Moving Communications & Marketing

The proposal for a Communications & Marketing partner to deliver behaviour change methods around Physical Activity in Doncaster with regards to the 'Get Doncaster Moving' initiatives with the vision of "Healthy & Vibrant Communities through Physical Activity and Sport."

The proposed requirement is to identify what narrative, messages and stories are important, who the messengers are, and the ways to connect people in a way that spreads ideas.

The overall vision is to increase activity and reduce inactivity levels across the whole of the borough of Doncaster. We need to ensure that our approach is inclusive (e.g. women as well as men, disabled and non-disabled or people with long term conditions, young and old, all ethnicity and socio-economic groups). With this understanding, there are specific audiences that we need to target if we are to significantly reduce inactivity levels in Doncaster.
