Herefordshire Council is issuing this market engagement opportunity for the purpose of discussing the future strategy for the development of services relating to supported living and community activities services delivered for Herefordshire service users.

Following a review of supported living and community activity services during 2021/22, the Council is committed to establishing a new framework agreement to enable:

Compliance with legislation (Public Contracts Regulations 2015)

Safe, good quality services offering choice and control Best value use of public funds to meet eligible social care needs

The services in scope currently include support for adults with eligible social care needs including:

Learning Disabilities

Mental Health

Physical Support

Sensory Support

Memory and Cognition

Older Adults
