description

The contract is to evaluate the HEE QI work programme over a c2 month period, including using realist evaluation methodology to evaluate impact with a view to the evaluation report informing:

How the Workforce Training and Education Directorate of the new NHS England at national and regional levels approaches the activities and infrastructure required to develop a culture of continuous improvement

How the new NHS England approaches its use of quality improvement in delivering its functions at national and regional levels

A contribution to wider (healthcare) quality improvement, particularly how corporate bodies in healthcare approach QI and its relationship with quality of care.

The Provider will be expected to provide its own IT and any other necessary equipment to carry out the agreed work.

The work will include direct contact with staff within HEE and NHS England and potentially NHS partner organisations. It is not anticipated that there will be contact with patients, carers, learners or trainees in that capacity given the current nature of the QI work programme and its stage of development.

The evaluation will include an output of a report for internal use within HEE and potentially NHS England.

The financial envelope for the contract is £50,000.00 HEE Evaluation Framework Call-off Agreement can be found on the following link: https://health-family-contract-search.secure.force.com/?SearchType=Projects
