Further Competition via Postal Goods and Service Framework Agreement (RM1063)

Halton Borough Council is seeking a supplier with the relevant experience and market knowledge to provide a print, personalisation and mailing service initially for the Revenue and Benefits Division with future roll out Council-wide to be implemented. The Council is looking to develop a pro-active relationship with the successful supplier that will identify future efficiencies and value for money from working together.

Crown Commercial Services (CCS), working collaboratively with ESPO and YPO have awarded a Framework for Postal Goods and Services (RM1063) on 17th February 2015. Halton Borough Council intends to run a ‘further-competition’ for future call offs under this Framework Agreement to obtain the goods and/or services detailed in this document.

LOT 3: HYBRID MAIL OFF SITE SOLUTION

A hybrid mail solution that is wholly external. Supplier/contractors will receive work electronically and will be responsible for the printing, addressing, enveloping and delivery (physical/electronic) of mail items. Supplier/contractors will offer a range of electronic and physical delivery options, such as SMS or email and will provide supporting software where necessary

The call off contract will be let on the Terms and Conditions of the Postal Goods and Services Frameworks (RM1063).

Halton Borough Council has a requirement to communicate externally with the public, members, partners, school and suppliers. All communication is carried out in the most secure and efficient manner.
