description

Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust (the 'Trust') is seeking expressions of interest for the operation of nursery day care centres, in existing facilities, at Charing Cross Hospital and Hammersmith Hospital. The Charing Cross Nursery has had consistently high occupancy rates over the last 3 years. This is due to its prime location in Fulham Palace Road and a high use from non-NHS local residents. The nursery is in a purpose built high quality single storey building owned by the Trust which is located on the outer edge of the Aspenlea Road side of the site. The nursery has capacity for up to 50 children. The Tickletum Nursery is based at Hammersmith Hospital, on the very outer edge of the site on the ground floor of Holborn House development. The building is modern and purpose built and has capacity for up to 76 children with large spacious outdoor space. Interested providers will be required to propose innovative financial solutions, if invited to bid.

The Trust reserves the right to reasonably vary these numbers in response to the expressions of interest that it actually receives.
