Courses should cover a range of topics including but not limited to:
- oProvide knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- oProvide knowledge and skills to assess a client's health and fitness status
- oProvide knowledge and skills to be able to plan and conduct a physical activity session
- oProvide knowledge to be able to prepare for employment or to set up in business on a self-employed basis
The course will equip the learner with practical and applicable skills that can be used to work with clients.
